About Easton, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in Northampton County, Easton, Pennsylvania is a growing city found at the confluence of the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers. Roughly 27,000 people call this community home and appreciate the close proximity to some of the region’s major metro areas – Philadelphia is located 55 miles south, while the City of New York is about 70 miles to the east. The city is divided into four main sections: Historic Downtown, the South Side, the West Ward, and College Hill. College Hill is home to the city’s only four year university – Lafayette College.

There are a variety of unique attractions in Easton for visitors of all ages. Families with young children might like to check out the Crayola Factory or the National Canal Museum, while parents who need to get away for an afternoon might prefer to book a tee time at Riverview Country Club or Sawmill Golf Course. Other popular attractions in the area include the Easton Farmers Market, Weyerbacher Brewing Company, and the State Theatre Center for the Arts.

Easton is located in the northern portion of a humid subtropical climate zone. Summers here are hot and muggy, with average July highs reaching into the mid-80s. Overnight lows only fall into the 70s, so it is important that residents have a place to cool down on the hottest days. A high efficiency central air conditioner is a wise investment, and regular system maintenance will ensure that the unit works at optimal efficiency.

The winter months in Easton tend to be cold with significant snowfall – about 33 inches each year. Other years will see even more than that if major snowstorms move through the area. Daily highs only reach the mid-30s, with overnight temperatures plummeting well below freezing. In order to stay warm, a properly sized gas or electric furnace is a necessity.
