About New Tripoli, PA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in Lynn Township within Lehigh County, New Tripoli is a small Pennsylvania census-designated place. Only about 900 people reside here, but getting to the area is easy – New Tripoli can be found at the intersections of Pennsylvania Rte 143 and Madison Street. This community is served by the Northwestern Lehigh School District, and older students will complete their education at Northwestern Lehigh High School. The community is also conveniently located only about 20 minutes away from Allentown – the third largest city in the state by population.

While there aren’t any major attractions located in New Tripoli due to the community’s small size, there are a few popular businesses that call the area home. Golf fans often travel into the community to play a round at Old Homestead Golf Club, and after a long afternoon out on the greens visitors may like to check out Two Kings Pizza, Schleicher’s Family Restaurant, or the New Tripoli Hotel to refuel. Specialty shops are also popular in the area, with All Seasons Florist and Gifts and the Schorchardy Ridge Nursery serving as great places to buy something special.

In New Tripoli and the surrounding areas, outdoor recreation is plentiful, and since the seasons vary dramatically, there is something for everyone. During the winter, skiing and snow shoeing are popular, especially since the area receives about 33 inches of snowfall each year. Average temperatures fall well below freezing overnight, so residents will want to have a reliable gas or electric furnace in place when they are at home.

Hiking, biking, swimming, and other activities are popular during the summer months. Conditions are hot, sunny, and humid. July is the hottest month, and average daily highs reach the mid-80s. When conditions are especially uncomfortable outdoors, residents often retreat inside if they have an Energy Star central air conditioner at home. These systems also improve indoor air quality, especially newer, variable speed units.
