I contacted Werleys with some questions after my annual gas furnace maintenace visit. Not only did Customer Service Manager Dave speak with me for an exceptionally generous amount of time to discuss each and every one of my questions, but he scheduled their Service Manager, Miguel Cadiz, to revisit my home for secondary follow up. I am grateful for having received this kind of expertise. Not only did Miguel make sure to discuss the details of the findings with me, but he actually took the time and had the patience to help me set up my Ecobee thermostat home comfort schedule ( fyi I am *NOT* a fan of this product). My expectations were exceeded, again!
